Failed the first time I used it. Grossly unfair return policy. 30 days. So I Bought it January 20, The return window closed February 23rd. But it didn’t rain and flood until today March 10, So how are you supposed to know that it’s going to fail if the first occasion to use Happens to be outside the 30 day window? Unless and until the seller steps up, you’re buying a piece of junk.

I actually found this pump to be a little too much for my size pond. I ended up going to down to the 1/2 hp but I'm here to tell yea these pumps are great. I just would recommend googling the calculation to determine how much water your pond has and get the right pump to circulate your pond's water in 1-2 hours. My pond was a little small. Highly recommended

This is an amazing pump for moving lots of water in a hurry. Even if there is debris in said water. Worth the extra money.

The description indicates 115V/230V but it cannot be changed. The unit shipped is 115V and I need 230V. Often you can just re-wire to 230V but this is not the case.

We are drilling contractors that use professional equipment. We know good equipment from wanna b junk. This pump is definitely commercial grade and a quality pump. Probably a bit big for home use, but it will de-water a flooded basement in minutes for contractor or homeowner just the same. I like it enough to buy another one in 2"! BTW, Amazon had the best delivered price on these pumps..even better than the big online commercial pump re sellers!!
