This was relatively easy to install (I did it myself), but what I love most is the very soft water flow from this faucet. It looks great with my other gold accents in my bathroom. It’s held up well after a year. Great height for hand washing. And I really do love the way the water comes out - soft so it doesn’t splash everywhere which can’t be said for all my faucets lol

I ordered this and absolutely love it. It's a nice muted gold color, looks expensive and high-quality, and installation was straight forward.

The tap was nice, it does not come with the $2 plastic collar that you have to buy at the hardware store. It dripped a little after installation however the company responded and sent us two new replacement valves, all is well now. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Just purchased this faucet and it looks and feels great. The only reason it's not receiving a 5 star at the moment is because the handles don't quite sit even or go down all the way (see photos for details). I also realized that if you install the faucet using the instructions, you'll have the same problem I did as well as many others. When the valves are closed or the water is turned off, the handles will sit vertically. However, to fix this issue is actually quite simple. Do not mind the labels (hot/cold) on the valves they send you. Simply swap the valves and put the valve they've labeled cold on the left side and the valve labeled hot on the right side. Then hook up the cold water line coming from the wall into the right valve and the hot water line coming from the wall to the left valve. This will give you the look where the handles will be horizontal when shut off and vertical when turned on. All while keeping your cold water coming out of the right handle and the hot water coming from the left handle. Just remember this... Labeled Hot water valve/handle gets cold water line & labeled cold water valve/handle gets hot water line! Hope this helps!Once they rectify my uneven handles not sitting down evenly, then I'll change my review to a 5 star.

I had the same problems the other reviewers had, with loose valves, and the plastic clip-on fitting leaking. The problem with the plastic fitting is that the o-ring is damaged. Not sure if it shipped that way, or became damaged because the plastic fitting does not fit properly. The o-ring is an unusual size and was NOT available at my local hardware store. When I asked the seller to send me a new set of o-rings and plastic hose and fitting, they responded telling me the same advice they gave others: "tighten the valve in a vise" and "press the blue button on the plastic fitting when connecting" - - and I **DID** press the blue button. It still did not fit.The major problem with this faucet design is that the clamp washer and nut that fit on the bottom of the valve to clamp it to the vanity, will not fit onto the valve with the hose connected. So you must clamp the valve to the vanity, and THEN connect the hose. There's no way around that. But that plastic connector is very awkward to handle, while pressing down the spring-loaded blue button. The body of the fitting is smooth plastic, so it is impossible to grip tightly enough to press it into place, while it is underneath the vanity. This results in leaks, AFTER installation. Then you have to completely un-install the entire faucet trying to see where it's leaking and why, and trying to make sure you have the plastic fitting fully snapped in place. And of course you have to do all of this work blind, because it's underneath the vanity. The problem with the hot and cold faucets being switched is not the actual problem. The problem is that the valve-handle on one of the faucets (the cold side) for me, was installed 180-degrees off. Other reviewers had this problem too, and it's a simple problem to fix, if you just undo the allen screw on the valve handle, remove the handle (which you have to do, to tighten the valve body anyway, because it's shipped loose). Flip the handle around 180 degrees and re-install it.All of this is fairly ridiculous for a product that's nearly $100. And the amount of time I've wasted trying to overcome these shortcomings, I could have probably bought a $1000 solid-gold faucet at the white-house moving sale after Trump leaves office.
