Excellent value on this 2-pk of Hurran bathroom faucets, black matte. Relaced both bathroom faucets and couldn't be happier with the look and function! The lettering was faulty on one so I emailed Hurran via the company email that I happened to notice on the box. They responded right away. I sent them the info and pictures they requested. They responded the next day that they were investigating and would contact me soon. The following day they notified me of what had most likely caused the defect and offered to send me another faucet with free fast shipping, stating it should arrive before Mar 16. That was yesterday, Mar 11, and it arrived today--Mar 12! Very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend this company's products and customer service!

I was renovating my bathroom, and saw this at a great price point so I figured to give it a try. It turned out great they are well built and I’ve had no issues they were easy to install had everything I needed.

The first one I ordered was packaged beautifully no issues. Ordered a second and it looked like it was possibly a returned item. Not packaged even close to the same, damage on the faucet both where you can see when installed and on the threads, scratch marks all over the drain plug. EXTREMELY Not impressed.

I purchased this faucet as part of a bathroom remodel in July. It was definitely a vibe! Faucet was easy to install so no complaints there. I would’ve given this 5 stars at that time.3 months later- 1 star review. The faucet started to leak from the seal. The picture attached in the review shows where the water is coming out of; the seal on the top of faucet. Water is leaking out on both sides at the same seal. I had to reach out to the seller per Amazon & have not heard back from the seller at all. Weeks have gone by with no communication. Pretty crappy customer service. I’d consider changing my review if I could even get a response.I won’t purchase from this seller going forward.

We purchased a couple condos that were desperately in need of a facelift. We had a very small budget and faucets without the stopper were around $100 at the big named hardware stores. I decided to take the chance on the good ole Amazon special. Super glad I did as they were very easy to install and are excellent quality. Going to put them in our main house next!
