I was using a USB rechargeable keyboard/mouse & found myself charging them both way too often. I searched for a battery run combo & selected the Trueque combo. I was pleased by its sturdiness, quiet "non-clicking" keys and the fact that they even provided batteries! Simple touches like an on/off key on the top of the keyboard, a little green light showing its on (that goes out after a few seconds so not annoying), a holder for my cell phone (more desk space!), specialty keys - the little "moon key" surprised me by putting the PC to sleep, but it is perfect for getting up from my desk to take a break. All this for a terrific price.

This wireless keyboard and mouse combo offers a convenient and clutter-free solution for a Windows 11 setup (and likely other operating systems as well, although I only tested on Windows 11). Connection was seamless and straightforward.Battery life appears promising so far, but it's important to note that both the keyboard and mouse require batteries and do not have built-in recharging capabilities. To minimize waste and long-term cost, I've opted to use rechargeable batteries. The keyboard itself is a highlight. It features responsive and smooth key action, making for a comfortable typing experience. The added media control buttons are a welcome convenience, and the built-in phone slot is a thoughtful touch. The included mouse is more basic in terms of features, but it functions reliably and tracks accurately. It gets the job done, though it lacks any extra bells and whistles. One important consideration is that this is not a Bluetooth combo. It requires a USB port for the included wireless dongle. This is a minor drawback for users with limited USB ports.Overall, this wireless keyboard and mouse combo is a solid performer. The keyboard's features and responsive typing experience, combined with the mouse's basic but reliable functionality, make it a good value. Just be aware of the USB dongle requirement and the lack of built-in recharging. It is a convenient set, so long as you have a spare USB port.

Overall a decent combo for regular usage. Spacing is just a hair different than some slim style from a different brand but there's also just a little bit of good depth to the travel on the keys. Both keyboard and mouse are quiet and still responsive.Batteries included in the box was a great thing to see. Keyboard takes 2 AAA and mouse takes 1AA. Be aware of the different needs when you need to replace the batteries.USB adapter included inside the mouse. The slot to hold phone or anything else like a pen is actually kind of a neat thing. Media bottoms also feel well done and are a welcome addition.
