Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this keyboard. It is not good. The keys are very tight and stuck, so even if you press down hard on the letter it doesn't come out. Caps lock frequently gets stuck 'on'. I have to remove the blue tooth toggle a couple of times a day to stop the caps lock being stuck on. The mouse also came with a mark on it. I would like to return this keyboard.

I’ve had quite a few wireless keyboards. So far this one is my favorite. It’s the perfect angle and love the feel of the key compressions! Connected the remote USB to the USB port on a MacBook Air. MacBook Air picked up the keyboard automatically! Great product.

The keys are very comfortable to use. The mouse works great. The color and texture are fine.However, the one I received seemed to be defective. It kept freezing. I would be typing, but the letters wouldn't show on the screen for a few seconds. This is very annoying, because I kept having to re-write every phrase I typed.

Easy set up. Great feel to both nose and keyboard. I bought it in an emergency and didn’t really shop. But great value for a great mouse and keyboard package

The mouse is good, the keyboard freezes up soooooo much. Must use recharger batteries, it eats up batteries. Mouse is probably the only reason I give 2 stars

At first glance this keyboard is comfortable and does what a keyboard is supposed to do. However, this keyboard is not reliable at all. Already on my second one of these, the keys on this keyboard get stuck. It has already made me look back with clients because keys get stuck messing up some presentations, without me realizing right away, thus the client getting undesired scribbles on the slides. This h0appens because I have auto save set up for my PowerPoint, so the keyboard keys getting stuck rendered undesirable slides.Again, the same problem with two of these keyboards, and I would definitively never buy it again.

Update 2: seller has sent full replacement and this keyboard mouse combo is working well. Back up to 5 stars for customer service and follow up from the seller.Update 1: seller has reached out to offer a full refund or replacement. Will ask for replacement and post another update soon.Do not buy. There is a reason why there are so many 1 star reviews.Mouse stopped working after 5 weeks. Tried a different USB port, switching batteries, checking for driver updates, removing from devices and then adding it back. Major disappointment as I picked this instead of a cheaper wireless keyboard and mouse because there were so many positive reviews when I first bought it.

Very nice keyboard with normal keys and those that were a surprise! Wish it was a bit tipped up because am working on a lowered kitchen counter but can fix that. The touch is good and mouse is as well. Very quiet and not like my last mouse with a loud click and difficult to press. The one USB port for both is so great. I have it connected to a new HP desktop and the keyboard with that was so horrible I had to get a new combo. The keyboard and mouse it came with had separate USB ports and wires. UGH! Cannot deal with all that. My old keyboard with the old HP was extremely difficult to tap and you had to almost damage the keyboard to get it to access the space bar! So happy with this new keyboard and mouse.

When am I going to trust the reviews. This was flushing $30 down the toilet. Keys stick, don't work, repeat, loud. If you are running a business, this is not for you. I just got fed up with the errors and mistakes and the return window past.

Keyboard and mouse are fantastic. I have one complaint which is the only reason I couldn't give it a 5*. My only warning is this. If you're a lefty you're not going to like the mouse. It's designed for right handed users. Which I was SO bummed by because the mouse is quiet, smooth, and very easy to use. I've reached out to ask if they have a version with a left handed mouse I could exchange for.

The product could be improved by including a pair of batteries, which would make it more convenient for the users. Additionally, the speed of the product's performance could be enhanced for a better user experience.
