I like this because its all natural its safe to lick it doesn't burn the eyes. Smells good initially but loses smell quickly that is the only down side. Fresh smell at first. Thick nice quality. Gets the job done.

I just used it on my dog. I can’t tell much right now but maybe later on after another try. I can’t smell hardly anything at all. She doesn’t smell dirty, but I can’t tell much of a good smell. It’s not bad but it’s nothing to write home about. It did get her coat clean, but it doesn’t have the conditioner like the oatmeal does from other shampoos. It will probably be nice to use this one on her face and use the other one that I have on her body because it has more of a conditioner and a smoother when I cut her hair.

After 2 weeks of antibiotic ointment in my dog’s eyes, I couldn’t get it all out of her fur. This wash was sensitive and did a great job removing the build up without burning her eyes. I will keep this for every bath.

Our breeder recommended this shampoo. It works very well as a shampoo and smells great on our Shih Tzu puppy. However, it’s too early to say how well it works on tear stains. I highly recommend it.

I am a retired movie animal trainer who now trains pet owners how to create and maintain wonderful relationships with their dogs. I discovered this product while in Rhode Island filming the Richard Gere movie Hachi: A Dog's Tale. The local groomer we used to help us keep those beautiful Akitas' coats nice used it, and I fell in love with the scent. That was 2008, and I've been using it scince.It is a facial scrub, so it does not contain eye-stinging detergents (though always ber careful when rinsing around the face). I've personally never seen any type of skin reaction on the scores of dogs I've bathed hundreds of times. On super grungy dogs, I might wash them in a stronger shampoo and finish them off with this product.Before I retired, I bought it by the gallons. Now, with my one pet boxer/beagle mix, this one should last a while.

I have a cavapoo puppy and used the tiniest drop on a warm washcloth last night. It lathered extremely well and didn’t bother her eyes at all. I rinsed her well and her fur is finally fluffy and not matted down! She loved it and I love the results. The fragrance is pleasant too.

This is an excellent product, especially for small dogs with tear stain issues. It doesn’t irritate my dogs eyes and she actually enjoys getting her face washed with it. While it doesn’t totally remove tear stains it does reduce the irritation that the eye goo that causes them causes, reducing the amount of discharge. You only have to use a small amount when washing your dogs face so it lasts along time.

The product arrived with its contents spilled in the packet as the cap was not properly secured. While the bottle is not damaged, a substantial amount of shampoo was lost as a result.

Je n’ai pas encore testé le produit mais il est arrivé bien emballé par Amazon. Cependant le bouchon n’était pas fermé et 1/3 du produit a coulé :( ( c’est un produit assez cher et j’avoue être un peu déçu)

While I didn't find this particularly effective (that is to say any more effective than regular cleaning without the product) for the actual tear stains ... It will be a permanent buy for us simply because the "no-tears" formula is true.My little Bichon (white fluffy and fussy) is perfectly happy to have this put on her face and to leave it on for the required 3-5 minutes without any fussing or whining or unhappiness. If/when I put her normal body shampoo anywhere near her face she grumbles and complains - not with this.I've actually started to put this on her face and head at the beginning of a bath and leave it on while I do the rest of her - it gives terrific results and she is blissfully unaware of it :)As several reviewers mentioned (and it worried me because there are a lot of overpoweringly chemical fragrances that I don't like in dog products) it really is a lovely smell that lasts several days - sort of neutrally clean and fruity. not overpowering but really very nice. If anyone remembers the Body Shop Blackberry or blueberry body wash - it's vaguely reminiscent of that :)
