I bought this about a year ago and the quality seemed fine. Then I went out to ride this year and I touched the sight glass to wife the dirt off and it shattered without much pressure at all. I had drained the fluid to do some work on it over the winter, so maybe that didn't help, but it shouldn't have degraded that quickly. It stays under a carport too. Might be good for temporary use but watch out!

Originals were silver- nonpainted alum. This was painted black. You can easily put your original handle on so it matches the clutch handle. No biggie to me. The reservoir is a little bigger and comes with a sight glass-opposite side from original, now on front side instead of facing you. Mine is literally in the same spot as old one. Bigger reservoir didn't interfere with anything by bolting to exact original location. Has a threaded hole that mine didn't have. I'm guessing that's for a mirror stalk?? I don't care what's behind me and if it's a bear or Bigfoot, I kinda don't want to know. If they can go that fast, then I'm doomed anyway lol.

I used this on my 1987 Honda TRX 350 (fourtrax) the glass sight had broken and was leaking brake fluid so I needed a new brake master cylinder. This bolted up like factory and works great.

I picked up this brake assembly to replace the OEM 1981 Suzuki unit that failed and is no longer serviceable. The product is currently working well and is functioning correctly. The lever is easy to grab and has a smooth pull. This set up is very similar to the original other then its all metal construction unlike Suzuki original having a plastic revisor (see picture)
