Your cart is empty.The Triton 08387 Locking T-Handle With Keys is the replacement for the original front access door lock on the Triton Coverall Trailers. It comes with 2 keys that are keyed-alike. When fitted with a Triton 09578 Black Vinyl T-Handle Cover, it is designed to stand up to the elements and keep snow and ice out of the door handle and lock.

I got this locking mechanism to replace the one originally installed in my Triton XT trailer to which the original owner lost the keys. It was an exact replacement for the original lock and fit perfectly. Noteworthy though, is that this product does not come with mounting hardware or the actual lock flipper lever that engages to the clamshell cover, so it's important to keep those from the old lock in the event that you are replacing an existing lock. The lock works smoothly and seems well made. I also purchased Triton's rubber lock cover to protect the lock from the New England salty road spray. So far, happy with the purchase.

Almost an exact fit. had to make my own rubber shim which was not dificult. shaft was just a touch longer then the old one which was over eight years old. works great.
