These are the nicest additive pieces to a gym set that I have seen. I have gone to many gyms and they all have metal grips. Not this set. These are rubber. They are so much easier on the hands than metal grips. I’m so excited to be able to workout at home and have such high quality equipment to workout with.

works fine, gives a different angle for exercises. Bottom edge (where you hands press if you don't grip the handle up higher) is a little 'sharp' but I'm not downrating for that.

I typically don't like these because my hand slides down under heavy loads and it gets uncomfortable. This one is very grippy, so your hands stay where you placed them from the beginning. Very solid and a great value!

The grip isn’t soft enough but I use gloves, so no problem. worth the money. The only black color I found anyway. Highly recommended.
