Love the grip feel and hand positioning of all 5 bars that came in the set. Adds good variety to your pulling exercises for lats, delts and traps compared to more common straight bars. Good build quality. May need some different carabiners for some of these so that they can swivel and not lock up as the three that came with them don't fit all bars.

First things first, buy yourself some caulk if you don’t always have some. If you sweat from your hands, you’ll thank me later. Works amazing for hitting back workouts, grips are perfect if you have small or large hands. It spreads your back out when doing seated rows and lat-pull downs really feeling the contraction. Hands down better than most equipment that the gym provides plus it’s my own personal equipment so it’s a bonus.

Very happy with the quality and price of these. I read to steer clear of knock offs for the MAG line, but I can’t see how there could be any improvement over these worth spending any additional money towards. Really love the unique activation they create in the muscle group I’m developing with a noticeably secure and comfortable grip.

if you cant feel your lats i suggest using this handle, seems to be much better quality than the one at my gym and isnt too expensive tbh
