Works perfectly and super high quality metal enclosure, at a fraction of the price. It will power a 30 watt or 60 watt (PoE Ultra) device over ethernet. Using it to power a Fortinet AP231 30 watt wi-fi access point for my office using CAT 5e. Comes with high quality power supply. You can't beat it.

Simple setup for POE injector. A bit expensive to power on device. IF I did this again, I would have bought a small USB 5 port switch. One nice aspect of having individual POE injector is having enough wattage to the device. If the need is for one or two devices, then the cost is justified.

I installed this to power and outdoor access point I was installing. It was a little larger than expected, but I was able to attach it to my wall-mount rack and keep it out of the way. It’s powering the outdoor AP at over 100’ without any issues at all and has been rock solid for 6 months now.I certainly recommend this PoE injector.

Connected this to power a ZyXEL WAX650S access point which requires ~35 watts, more than the 802.11at standard. It still went into limited power mode because the POE was not 802.11bt compliant, and even though the adapter could supply more than enough power the AP could not negotiate correctly with the adapter. I was able to force it to full power mode because it now is connected to a big enough power injector and it's working, but I figured a reputable brand name at this price would have been compliant. Guess I was wrong for assuming...

I installed two of these as a temporary UPoE solution until my new switches arrived. Within hours one of the injectors died and left me hanging with only one AP for coverage until I got the permanent network switch with UPoE up and running.

This Ultra POE+ injector is perfect for what I need. I install security cameras and certain Sony PTZ cameras will not work with a lower powered POE injector. It is very durable and I have it with me at all times. Great product.
