I can tell no difference between these and the ones the big name medical suppliers sell. Do the job they are supposed to and hold up well

To start with, I DON"T have kidney stones. I am familiar with these since I am an ER nurse, and have frequently used them for many other tasks. These are one of those things you don't know you need until you need it NOW. Here are some of the uses I have found around the house and shop.*Filter out trash from liquids in the shop (small rust particles from cans of solvent that are old, trash in a jerry can of gasoline that got bugs in it, small parts that have been soaked in a cleaner etc.)*Filter a batch of home made liquor to remove the lemon zest, ginger, vanilla beans, berries or what have you.*filter out small pieces of black particles from the inside of your smoker that land in the olive oil you smoked.*Filter out the basil you have used to infuse some vinegar*Filter out the small clumps of 'slime' that set up when you mix weed killer and let it sit too long before using it up. Keeps your pump from getting clogged up.You get idea.These are a nice fine mesh with a small pass thru size (typically about 60 openings per linear inch or about 250 microns), are well constructed and can be washed (even in the dishwasher) and reused. Of course it is best to not use your 'shop' filters in the kitchen!, but with 6 of these that really isn't a problem.
