Graduated Markings
Large, black numerals on the slanted back wall inside of the pan are easy to read. These graduated markings – up to 30 ounces and 900 milliliters – allow for quick measurements of urine output. When done, you can simply pour out and wash between uses, making these slant pans ideal for repeated measurements over and over again.
Practical Design
The winged-edge design facilitates in the application, handling and removal of the collection pan, letting you record your measurement or transfer it to a collection container. Front grooves allow for easy and clean transfers into a specimen cup or another receptacle, limiting the amount of spilling to preserve your entire sample and prevent unwanted messes.
Durable Construction
Expertly crafted out of solid plastic material that will not break or leak through, the specimen collector is fully supportive once placed on toilet seats. It’s designed with reinforced ribbing for extra durability, along with winged edges to allow for a proper fit on broader bowls to eliminate the risk of having it fall into the toilet after you’re done collecting.

I can’t remember offhand what my mom paid for these so I don’t know if they were a good value.We don’t need to use them very often but I wanted to have them on hand. We needed one for the first time recently when we (correctly) suspected mom had a UTI and we needed to easily collect a urine sample.I’m sure they can be cleaned and reused and I feel guilty for not doing it but I really didn’t want to deal with that. It only had a little bit of urine in it – I wiped that out with some toilet paper and flushed it, then put this in a plastic trash bag and got rid of it.

Before my husband returned home after surgery, I purchased a commode for him to use in an emergency if he couldn't get to the bathroom right away. The hospital used commodes with these "inverted" hats in the commode and then threw them away (naturally - do not reuse). The nurse generously gave me 3 new inserts to act as a sample so I knew what to order. The ones at the hospital are like a compressed styrofoam and when I received these, they are more a "plastic" and very sturdy. Slightly pricey, but fit exactly the same and I don't mind spending the money if it helps him recover faster. Recommend these, although there are several other companies selling them, too. These are just the first I ordered after reviewing costs and shipping time.

In terms of looks, there are no faults.Fits nicely on the toilet seat.It is lightweight and flexible by design.Therefore you would not want to fill this up with too much fluid or substance than it can carry before its contents starts spilling on one side or the other.For me the numbers are not difficult to read but it would be nice if all numbers were written out beside each line as some people may prefer compared to having to guess what number the empty lines might be.Overall good product. Does what it is meant to do.

I bought this product to do the FIT (Fecal Immunity Assay Test) in at home. I go in this bucket, then with medical gloves on, I take a specimen using the tiny spatula included with the test, & mail it back to the lab by USPS, in the envelope. I prefer this over the Colo-gard big bucket This calibrated white pal is of course designed for urine specimens but is very useful for other purposes as well. It is very thick & durable. It will not bend when removing from your toilet seat.

I got these and some sample cups so I could get my lab samples at home, it's so much less stress. They fit on my elongated toilet bowl just fine. You put it on the base then close the seat to hold it in place. The markings are very easy to read if you need those, buti use it to pour into sample cups. It pours easy with the little trench so it don't spill everywhere. They are sturdy enough to wash out and re use. It makes getting a sample so much easier for me because reaching under and catching just don't work so good for me anymore. I just clean it out and throw it in a bag then under the vanity until next time. It hasn't cracked or warped, cleans and can be sanitized easy. If you need to take it with you, you could fit it in some purses or a backpack. It Def makes it easier, I will buy more if something ever happens to these. I've reused this at least 8 times and it's the same as when I got it, but since I got the value pack I use it doubled up for more sturdiness. I recommend these, the value is great too.
