I’m addicted to my Chelsea boots, so much so, this is my 3rd pair! And no, I didn’t wear out my other pair… my cat got mad at me and tinkered in them and I couldn’t remove the odor 🤣I wear my boots everyday and they lasted me over three years! The funniest part is that I have to dress kinda well as I’m in an office every day but my boots never looked unprofessional!I usually buy my boots at Duluth so I was really bummed that they are no longer selling them and I had to buy them on Amazon.

I ordered this boot because I LOVE Danner Boots, and had purchased a similar-looking pair in another color from a local merchant. I love that boot so much, I also wanted a pair in black. I thought they were the same boot, but this boot was quite different. It was not as sleek on my foot and fit and felt totally different. It was too roomy and was “bulbous” looking in the toe box. If worn with skinny jeans or leggings, they looked big and floppy like black “clown shoes.” Seemed like usual Danner quality, but the look and fit were way off. Others may like this look and feel, but I did not.Another negative, the refund was not credited upon scan at the UPS drop-off location as usual with Amazon returns. UPS drop-off return was made on February 27th and refund was not issues until 10 days later, March 8th, and Amazon status indicates the money will not be credited to my account until March 15th!!!! Really??? They have their boot back, they should give me my money. I would give zero stars, but in fairness to Danner quality, I gave them three stars.

Listing stated new, boots had been worn, had them replaced second time pair also worn! . Boot had a great fit, have a hammer toe and didn’t hurt.

I’ve loved this boot for a few years now. It’s comfortable and nice looking for a work boot. I don’t think the price reflects the value of the boot just the name brand… 8-10 months in this boot and they’re toast. If they’d last longer I’d keep buying, but for now I can’t justify how expensive they are for how little they last.
