Sadly when it finally arrived to me, it was melted and there was definitely no coming back. The eye pieces were extremely flat, hut if I had one positive thing to say, the material was soft.Had to waste my time shipping it back, even though they paid for the send back, it was still an inconvenience.I ended up purchasing the perfect one for my husband on our trip to his cancer doctor.It took a little time to refund our money, so that is why I am giving them 4 stars still.

I should’ve know something was up. I got an email after buying this pillow listing all kinds of things that could be wrong with it. It comes air tight compressed which I was told in the email. It was supposed to puff out in 15-20 minutes. I waited an hour and then resulting to blow drying it as the email instructed. It’s now been 6 hours and it’s still flatter than a pancake with no signs of coming back to life. Sending it back

after realizing the pillow was not going to puff up, my husband decided to read the reviews and saw everyone had the same situation. We were very close to return this pillow but decided to do some research first. We realized all it needed was a little heat from the blow dryer and magic happened. See photo attached. Pillow definitely has support, a little harder than some pillows I’ve came across. So if you prefer the firmer cushion, then, this is for you. It’ll keep your neck up straight. Not bad for the price.

This cervical pillow is not memory foam because it is hard as a rock. It is not form fitting at all. This thing feels like a wooden stock around your neck, the opposite of what you’re looking for! So, not recommended unless you have a broken neck.

Not sure what this is, but it is NOT a soft neck pillow! Received exactly as pictured. Smells like chemicals. Hard. I left it out overnight hoping it would somehow reform. No luck. Returned.
