Had to return it, it was so bulky and tight around my throat that there was nothing comfortable about it. I don’t know if they need to make different sizes or if they need to make it less wide. I don’t have a short neck so I was shocked that it came up so high on my face. There was nothing comfortable about it.

This is the best neck pillow I’ve used! Very supportive- especially in the front under your chin (helps prevent my mouth from falling open on flights!). I love the different height sides and the adjustable width. I had minimal neck pain with this pillow, even after ~14 hours of flying. I definitely suggest using the velcro cover provided when not in use- I didn't, and now there are a couple snags and loose strings. I won’t be using a basic neck pillow again!

Great pillow. Comfy, soft and its foldable. Came with ear plugs and eye cover and very handy pouch that I can hang on my backpack when traveling. Everything as described. And I can wash the fabric, tho it wasn't the easiest to put it back on. Over all good product, i would buy again.

This product met and exceeded expectations. It is super soft and comfortable, it is attractive, well made and at a lower cost than the ones that are currently being advertised everywhere else. You have to squeeze it pretty hard when you roll it up to put it back in the bag but it's not an issue and every time has worked really well. I also like the mesh bag because it makes it smaller by quite a lot and attaches to a backpack very conveniently. I have flown two long International flights with it so far and feel it is the best flying pillow I have ever owned! I want to name it! I've already gifted it to two friends who travel quite a bit as well.

Product arrived as described. It seems like it will do the job though I won't know for sure until my trip in April. It came with a pair of earplugs as well as a sleeping mask. I wore it around the house for a few hours just to see if it was comfortable and so far, so good. Only issue is getting it back into its carrying case. I did get it in, however it's very tight.

I used this on two recent airplane flights one was a 10 hour flight and the other was 3 hours. The item is a little bulky when in the travel case but it can fit inside a backpack because it’s soft. It also has a clip so you can secure it outside a bag. I sat in both a middle seat and window seat. This neck pillow was so comfortable because I could lean my head in any direction and still get great support. I highly recommend this if you’re traveling.

While a bit more costly then some neck pillows the Proglobe neck pillow is very well made. Its design is comfy and durable and will provide great support for you at home or on the go.Sadly, while the 11 inch length will cover most, due to the way it wraps anyone with a larger neck will find themselves.... mildly chocked, leading to headaches other mild symptoms that come with getting lightly chocked.This isn't a fault of the product. Its the fault of having the wrong size. While its understandable why Proglobe does not make larder products as this size probably covers most and there is no demand for them larger, but for those who have larger neck sizes and need them larger, sadly we will do not benefit from this product.Maybe if you're handy with sewing you can add an 'extension' or something, but I'm probably going to send mine back and just look for something a big bigger.

Siempre tenía problemas en los vuelos largos porque al querer dormir se me iba la cabeza para adelante. Yo tengo una hernia cervical entonces acababa el vuelo con un montón de dolor. Ahora que fui a Europa lo utilicé y sirve de maravilla. Mi cabeza estuvo en su posición y al llegar a mi destino llegué sin dolor alguno.

This little gem offers both comfort AND support in ONE pillow! It's firm so it gives great support for my neck to keep it in a position that doesn't aggravate my degenerative disc disease. Purchased primarily for traveling (auto or air); however, it's quite comfortable for wearing at home in the recliner (which isn't very comfortable and not an ideal piece of furniture for people with DD Disease). It gives my neck the support that I don't get when I'm using the recliner. The partially mesh travel case is a nice added benefit and fits snugly on luggage handles. The pillow comes with a 3-inch or so circular velcro closure for a more snug fit that other travel pillows don't because it's a one-size-fits-all snap or pull-cord closure. The matching cover pad fits firmly over the velcro piece (the side that sticks to the other piece).I have yet to try the eye pillow and ear plugs, but the eye pillow seems to be well made with even stitching and a raised nose area. I will probably try these the next time I reach for an eye pillow. I do not need the ear plugs so I cannot offer a fair review of them. This pillow package was ordered after a return of a different travel pillow that had the pull-cord closure. I made the right choice the second-time. Would highly recommend to friends/family.
