Doesn't work. I tried everything it says device not authorized on the app. The headphones work for playing music but the translation is lame Don't waste your money

I dont know what i was expecting exactly but im glad i got these because i live in an area where many do not speak English and i dont know their language well this was a huge help a few days after i got them, it helped me and another person actually have a conversation with us both speaking a different language, these have an app that helps accomplish what u need. Im please with my purchase, i definitely plan to buy more for my kids. These are a great item to have now days. I love the touch screen it has alot of options on it and these actually stay charged for a while ive had em a week and only charged once so far. I just cant believe all the options on these camera, timer , brightness wallpaper, u can even change how much goes to wich ear bud for example if u want to hear more in ur right than the left u can do that, theres just so much u can do with these that no earbuds have ever been able to do ..

the charging case has a Awesome screen on it, & its not only a lcd screen but it’s a touch screen! So from downloading the app & when using the headphones in tandem with the mobile application. Easy set up! I took this to my nail salon and was able to not only eavesdrop on all of the Vietnamese Nail Tech talking, but I also allowed my nail tech to put one earbud in her ear and I put one earbud in my ear as she spoke, only Vietnamese and I speak only English but we were able to complete multiple coherent conversations while using this product. It was awesome, and the accuracy of the translation is pretty great this product definitely blew me away and I’m not just saying that you need to buy this. Everyone should have this.

We tend to think of language difference as a “barrier” , but a device like this creates a bridge and helps effective communication which can open doors!The translation functionality of these earbuds works in close conjunction with your Smartphone. After you have fully charged your earbuds, you must download the associated app “One-Click Translate” for translations to work. Use the proper (Android or Apple) QR code on the instruction sheet to download the app, then (over a Bluetooth connection) pair with the earbuds. That app provides both the user-interface and the critical back-end translation “engine” to make everything work!I am an English speaker, and my initial testing was to translate to/from Spanish and to/from Chinese (I frequently travel to both Spain and China) Select two languages in the interface, and away you go! Note that the app shows 6 different service modes. The easiest is “Touch Mode”. In this case there are two “buttons” at the bottom of the screen to identify which of the two languages is the one about to be spoken. Just tap either the left or right button (do not hold the button down), and begin speaking. After tapping the button, the system accepts input until it hears a stop/pause in speaking. Input assessment and its translation does take a few moments as the AI engine assess and interprets the input.When using this system, it works fine with only a single earbud in use. And when having a conversation, you can choose to let the conversation partner use the second earbud, or not. In all cases, the audio input is displayed on the screen followed by the translation. This is useful so that the speaker can visually confirm that their input was correctly received.I have used other personal translation systems and I will say that this one works very well, with good accuracy.Note that most often you will use the translation functionality while you are connected to the internet. This provides the best functionality and access to the greatest number of languages. English, Spanish, and Chinese are all well supported first-tier languages that show up as “common languages” at the top of the list. To drill down into additional language choices continue on down to an alphabetized selection list. Those include a wide selection of additional languages, as well as, for example, some regional variations of Spanish!The app can also support off-line use. Be aware that this is considered a “Value-added service” and requires a very modest subscription for one or two years. (The two year option is a bargain!) This mode limits you to 9 language choices (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Russian, German, Spanish, and Thai), and for that subscription cost you can choose multiple languages.Unlike some other personal translation devices I have used, the quality of the translations was just as good in off-line mode as when connected to WIFI. The only difference I noted was that when “connected” the speaker can talk for a longer period than in off-line mode.OK, translations: Top notch!But, as I mentioned these earbuds also serve as your fully functional every-occasion audio interface for your Smartphone. Use them to listen to music, audio books, talk/listen when placing telephone calls, etc.The device case is very compact but has a lovely high-resolution LCD display that lets you control audio volume (combined with volume control on your Smartphone), various audio equalization setting that may be especially useful when listening to music. Music play/pause forward/back, the case interface language, and even a “find earbud” function (although be aware that external volume for noises from earbuds I fairly low!).All-in-all, considering both translation functionality and everyday earbud usage, these offer great functionality at a very low price!
