Bought two, in Asia now and neither one will work and their is no customer service available to learn what to do. Terrible.

I can not locate the app needed for this product. Mean while it doesn’t work as advertised. Please what and where is the needed app. The so called instructions are hard to read.

I'm a tour guide for a historical hotel. I needed a way to be able to give my tours to foreign speakers. These earbuds are overall a good solution but wanted to lay out pros and cons for anyone considering these:Pros:- Simple to use- Great battery life for my purposes which is an hour long tour- The app has different ways to use the earbuds such as just transcibing on your phone or using it as a mic while using each bud for 2 other people to listen to translation- The app works with any bluetooth audio/micCons:- Translation time costs money. It says you get a year free but i never got that offer along with the purchase. 15$ for a week of online translation which would be nice if it was a week of use time but the payed time is ticking wether you're using the translation time or not. So, at the very least it's 15$ to have one person on my tour enjoy translation, usually- The translation and transcibing works well but it is not fast. For the purpose of my tours i have to keep my words short and sweet to allow the translation to get across in a way that wont confuse a tourist. None of the modes are really fast enough except for touch mode where i can speak into my phone to translate to someone else. Free hands mode is nice but it cuts out the translation its working on if you have to stop and then continue a new sentence. It simply can't keep up.

Honestly google translate is much faster and accurate compared to these earphones. I got these based off the reviews, but honestly the set up is tedious, the dialogue on the screen defeats the purpose of the earphones since I can juat read it, and again, these are very overpriced. But they work as regular earphones, so I can settle.They work, but require spending more money for offline translating (which again is super slow) and the case screen is useless

As open ear, wear all day without ear pain they are great. The touch controls are awful. Half the time it doesn't work. The translator is okay, not the best and not as accurate as they advertise.

I tried multiple translation headphones, these were the best. comfortable for me, compact case compared to others. works well, provides Free wi fi translation. (off line requires subscription) But they're not high-end audio listening, great for phone conversations / translation service

This is absolutely garbage. It’s translates literally and it is still a horrible translation. This was tried on English, french, Spanish, and Vietnamese and all were significantly slower and inaccurately translated compared to Google translates conversation feature which is MILES ahead of this. If you want 50$ ear bud that imo aren’t even good at THAT then go ahead. But if you want to actually have help translating use Google translate conversation feature it’s FREE and it will accurately translate better and faster than this does. Btw you can download offline for free with Google as well. The screen was cheap plastic and felt like cheap plastic it opened like cheap plastic it is basically 3$ of plastic marked up to 50$ with “AI” thrown in there. Returned and was refunded. Please do not buy this is a horrible product that I have no clue how it passed QA.
