The charger head broke off in the case the first time using it. For that I am giving it a low star rating. I was initially drawn to it for its sleek design. In the brief time I had with it I did set it up, and it was fairly simple to use, but after it broke so easily I went with a different brand. My experience may have just been a fluke with a faulty charger. The product itself seemed decent otherwise.

The product has a delay. Also if you purchase two sets the Bluetooth picks up both sets and will not allow both people to use them at the same time. I even named them different to prevent it from happening.

I bought this product for one reason only! To translate languages! But unfortunately doesn't translate at all! The app doesn't have any translate feature, and for the reviews from people who actually pay for the product( and doesn't received it fir free) as a translator, does say it all! It doesn't translate and I wouldn't pay for something with false advertisement!

I purchased these and they worked with the app for a short time (one day). Now the app is asking me to buy coins to use the app. How do you get the one year free subscription? Anyone else have this problem? The one star rating is for this problem. They may be 5 stars but I can’t use them.UPDATE: the company has reached out to me and we are working on this issue. I’ll update the progress.
