Quality is really good. Cheap, but works well to a point. I love the waist strap, even though I use it as a chest strap instead. Holds tight and reduces the bouncing among other things. Now when it comes to the foot straps. These can only work if they are on your ankles. Otherwise they are way to thick. The velcro is the thickest section and for most people it be right on the bottom of your shoe or foot. These can be improved by a lot. Simply reducing that thickness a bit and making the velcro longer would help a lot.

These straps are thicker and more well built than the cheap straps I already had. They feel better too. The colors on them make them stand out and look good. The trackers screw in nicely. There is even a little extra bit of fabric and padding near the buckle part so whatever part of you it's strapped to won't feel the buckle. There seems to be some extra good stitching connecting the trim. Velcro is strong enough too.The small straps are good for something with a circumference of 12" max. No bigger. If your arms or thighs or whatever you want to put these on is thicker than that it won't fit.
