Absolute the worst.... the phone I received was defective. I spoke with Tracfone on 1/24/2025 and they told me that they would send a new phone within 3-5 business days. Today is 2/8/2025, called back again asking why I had not received a phone. Company now says that I need to return the phone and that they will be send me a prepaid box. I have not been able to use this phone for a month yet they are charging me a monthly fee. This is a scam. Stay away from these company.

Would give zero stars if I could. This phone came without a sim card, and no matter what I did (3 sim cards and hours on the phone), I couldn’t get tracfone service to work. Waste of money and time!

The phone is great. The packaging is great. It’s very sturdy the direction stink, and I didn’t know until after I open the box that I needed to have a Sim card that could be used in order to gain use of the phone. I don’t know if others realize that, but I’ve never bought a burner before so I don’t know how many stars I should give.
