I don't like how the phone's screen won't darken when I take a phone call. So my phone is up to my ear and the screen is active, causing me to hold my phone a certain way or else I will press things on the screen. My last phone call my ear turned on my flashlight. I know refurbished devices have some quirks, but it's a slight inconvenience. However, It's a nice phone and super fast and fluid and easy and quick to use just like my pixel 4xl. The screen is nice and responsive to touch. Just what you expect from a flagship pixel. It came looking brand new. No nicks or scratches. I put in my att prepaid sim card and it immediately started working. So no phone call for activation needed. For the price, it's a seriously nice phone and typing and app speed/everyday usability beat an s21 ultra I had to use for a day.

I was very hesitant when I first started to consider buying a refurbished phone, but it turned out really well. It only has very little scratches on the back, battery life is good, everything functions like it should.

The physical phone itself was in good condition. Seems brand new, and overall no complaints about it. The charger I think is personally slow, but I used my old charger from my previous phone and works well, and charges fast. Activating it was easy and works well with Metro PCS. Camera is great, although I don't like that Google then auto filter it afterwards, but that seems like a new issue among phones (even iPhones). Storage is great, especially for me since I download tiktok videos none stop. And overall satisfied. My only issue, is the battery life. It doesn't last long. I could be using it at 8:00 am and by 3:30 p.m it's at 23%, so that sucks it has the same span as an iPhone. But overall my experience with this phone is great 👍

The phone itself is fine but the phone I received was no good after 4 months. Total waste of money.. If you want a phone that works dont buy from this seller. They dont seem to care about their customers in the least. Extremely disappointed.

It took a while for my phone to arrive but that looks to have been an issue with the United States postal service and not with the seller. It came with a SIM ejection tool and a USB-C cable with a USB-C to USB adapter on the other end. I had to do some research with dual SIM as I wasn't sure which one to use for my SIM card (FYI if only using one SIM card then go ahead and use SIM 1). This is an amazing phone and I would recommend buying it refurbished over brand new. I love the frequency of updates provided by Google and good photographer (I almost never have to take another photo). About 6-7 hours on screen time before needing to charge the phone. Battery power lasts longer on Wi-Fi and doesn't last as long on 5g. I usually have to charge after work but on weekends usually only charge it at night. I recommend slow charging where possible as it can get warm fast charging up to about 60%. At night I'll put it on my slow wireless charger to have it fully charged in the morning.

I love every feature especially the camera, storage and I also loved the price tag and excellent condition as promised for used product. Virtually no problems, not even scratches or nicks. I additionally would like to mention the sweet customizable interface and home screen.

Phone still technically works & is in great shape physically. However, about 25% of the time it just glitches and freezes.It is useable only with immense frustration much of the time.
