Once built the product is structurally sound and the kids love it. It's a little too low for my 5 year old, but perfect for my 3 year old. Putting it together takes 2+ hours, and they shipped with missing items multiple times.

I sent this to my niece and nephew for Christmas. It has held up to vigorous play and all kinds of weather conditions.

We call it our kid's fort. They love to play inside and hang on the steps. Because it's not overly tall (about 7 feet) we have it inside our house as we live where winters can be long and ugly. If you have the space, you can get a slide (make sure it's slender at the top and has holes where you'd put screws through) and some strong zip ties and make one of the two exits a slide! My kiddos get a big kick out of it.

This was delivered to me in a ripped box with absolutely no hardware and we had to purchase that separately. Kind of a big deal. I would give 4-5 stars if not for that.Otherwise, my kids (ages 6-11) really love this, especially the fort aspect of it. It's not much fun without a slide though. It normally uses a 7 foot slide, but we got a 10 foot slide, secured it to a stand, and pushed the slide + stand up to one of the doorways on the jungle gym.The fort part of this jungle gym has strong fabric for a floor, so there is a weight limit on this - no adults or big kids or it'll be stretching out and/or falling apart quickly. There is room for up to 3 kids to sit in the fort comfortably.

I took a chance and purchased this product as a "damaged box" at a substantial savings. When the item arrived, the box was in much better shape than I anticipated. Upon opening, I discovered that the ziploc bag holding all the nuts and bolts had come open and all the nuts and bolts were everywhere in the box. All frame pieces were there and in new condition. I counted each nut and bolt and came up one short. It took me about 4-5 hours over two evening to put the whole thing together by myself. The tent fits very tight and the platform has some give to it. I was able to find a nut and bolt in my stash to put the last piece on. It appears to be steady and not shakey as long as it is on the level part of my yard. I purchased for my grandsons to play on when they come visit in a month or so. They have seen it and are very excited to be able to play on it. I am giving 4 stars on easy to assemble as it would have been quicker and easier with a second person to help. I am able to go under the platform and pick it up by bending over under the platform and grabbing a bar on each side to move it so it is not "heavy" just awkward. Again, two people could move it with little problem.

Took around a hour to put together with 2 people. It’s great that the climbing frame grows with the child and you can add more accessories as they get bigger.

Our 3 year old grandchild loves this!!! The older ones, 9 & 10, weren't too impressed. They felt it is for "babies". It's not very difficult to assemble but it's important to sort the pieces before you start!! It did not come with any extra pieces so be careful to keep up with all of the hardware for assembly. It is not heavy duty and the weight limit given maybe should be less. But, it's perfect for the younger ones. It works in a small area.We only ordered the unit that you see in the picture. We did not purchase other items that could be used as an extension. The instructions advise to take in the cover off when not in use, out of the weather. We did not do this! It has finally, after several year, started tearing and fading. Everything else has held up fine.

We are loving this climbing structure! My kids are 3 and 5 and constantly climbing on things, but we don't have room in our backyard for a full playset. The Explorer has a relatively small footprint, but keep in mind you will need a couple feet of grass or other soft surface in every direction for safety. The platform is about 4 feet high, so I would not put this on a hard surface like cement. It comes with 3 big stakes to put in the ground so it doesn't fly away in the wind. The structure is stable - it does shake a bit, but it would be very difficult to make it tip over. It is rated for 100kg (220 lbs).Assembly: it took 2 adults (with 2 children playing nearby) two hours to assemble. The only tools needed were included in the box. The instructions were pretty good, but could have been a little more specific. We weren't sure which side of the pools should face out or in. We ended up making the sides with the dimple face inward to make it the nuts a little more flush. Also, the first step is to find one unique piece out of a bag of 50+ other parts. Literally like finding a needle in a haystack. They could package that piece separately so you start off on the right foot. It would also be nice if they included 1-2 extra locking washers. We ended up 1 short in the end. It may have fallen in the grass.Quality: overall, I'm really pleased with the quality. All the metal parts are painted and I found no imperfections at all. I think the paint will hold up really well. Even when some of the pieces clanged together during assembly, the paint didn't scratch or chip. Each of the bars that go horizontally have soft plastic caps on end that seem to make it more safe (no sharp ends). The platform has 4 large loops on each of the 6 sides with heavy duty stitching. The tent part has tons of velcro strips that attached it to the frame - another safety feature I'm sure. It keeps the tent in place so a kid doesn't lean against it and fall through.Shipping: it took a long time and several calls to Amazon Customer Service to actually receive the package, which was super annoying, but not a ding on the product itself. When it finally arrived, the box had damage in one corner (see photos), but nothing inside was damaged or missing. The shipping box is smaller than I expected - roughly 3ft x 1ft x 4 inches.Fun factor: Our kids have been having a ton of fun and really using their imaginations to play! The structure has been a rocket, a garage for bikes, and an ice cream shop. They love to tie a rope to the frame and pull themselves up while they climb. Its just the right size for 2 kids to play at the same time. We would love to get either the monkey bars or the slide that are pictured on the box, but unfortunately they aren't available in the U.S. yet.

Well I had high expectations it is what you pay for and not to hard to put together. But.... missing one leg can’t get a replacement they come from Europe and they won’t ship to the US .This was a gift for my grandson on his birthday so it was bought early and now it’s to late to return, I should have checked it sooner for all the parts! Lesson learned! He still has fun with the short version lolWould someone from Amazon please help!
