Great product except like others, the eyebolt snapped after 4 weeks and while the smallest kid in the house was playing. It’s obvious that it’s made from two different metals, so not solid. The directions show to use the straps in the geo dome which doesn’t work- you have to use the chains. My kids love it….or they will again once I make it to the hardware store.

This climber accessory reminds me of a comfy but structured chair or hammock. Excellent for reading a day dreaming but that's me as an adult.My child & friends play many fun games with it tilting it in new ways and it fits several kids at once and is sturdy enough to do so.I curl up on it with my child as well to stare at the sky or read.

My kid loves it but screw holding the swing up broke after a week of use. Nowhere to contact the seller to get a replacement piece. Super bummed about this.Update! Really wanted to fix this and zero response from the seller so took matters into my own hands. The eye bolt is the piece that breaks for everyone. Went to home depot and found the replacement. The specs on that piece is 5/16in x 4 in. The working load limit for the eye bolt is 90 lbs!!! Not 300lb like advertised here. Replaced the bolt, swing is back up but not sure how long it will last with multiple kids wanting to play on it.

My toddler daughter loves this swing. She has so much fun on it. Today we were both swinging on it and the eye bolt attaching it to the dome snapped in half, making us both crash to the ground with the swing. The two of us are well below the advertised 300 lb weight limit. Luckily, only I got hurt and my baby was fine. But I landed hard on my back/tailbone and am now in pain while walking. I can’t even find any way to reach out to the company… Previously would’ve recommended, after today i definitely would not.

The eye hook snapped on day 1. Our daughter is way under the max weight capacity. She was just sitting, not really even swinging, when it snapped. Luckily she didn’t get hurt too badly, and we were able to go purchase a new eye hook. But things could’ve been much worse!
