This was purchased for a 2022 Silverado RST and if you center the cover on the tow hook they are about an inch short on each side to cover the tow hook. Site said the fit but guess not good enough

I was feeling a bit vane when I got these. The red silicone tow hook covers fit over the factory tow hook for a slightly sportier look to mimic the factory red hooks on the up-optioned off-road models. I can't honestly say they serve any purpose other than aesthetics.I've had them installed for a couple weeks and they seem to be holding up and keeping their color. As you can see from the pics, they make the hooks look a lot thicker and just slightly silly. I have not needed to actually use my tow hooks to pull anything, but if I did, I'd remove the covers as they would either get in the way, come off, or both.It feels like a silly mod, but I like the way it looks from a distance. Up close it kind of reminds me of those Charger/Challenger guys that leave the disposable yellow splitter guards on.

Well made silicon tow hook covers for my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. They are super easy to install, fit great, and add a good color contrast to the truck. Good value for these.

Considering I have a white truck with black accents (very little chrome), these add a little touch of color to the front end of the truck. They look good and fit like they should. The only real downside to them is they are pretty expensive for what you get. These are just two pieces of shaped silicone. Probably costs about $.25 to make and they are selling them at $25? You may be able to find them cheaper, or possibly make your own by 3d printing with TPU filament.

I have a 2021 Silverado Custom, these silicone tow hook covers are a perfect fit. They add a fun pop of red to the front of my truck, I think they look great with the black front grille. The covers will be dust and dirt magnets because they are silicone, but itâs easy to take them off and wash them. The way the covers fit on the hooks, they should stay on when actually using the hooks. I wrapped a chain around the hook and pulled back and forth, the cover didnât budge. Obviously I canât replicate the force of actually towing, but that did give me an idea of the good fit.

The guys and I affectionately refer to red factory tow hooks as â$10k hooksâ. Itâs a tongue and cheek joke used only because facory red hooks usually cost an extra 10k in other premium suspension options over youâre average XLT or LT packages. Sure, anyone can go buy a set of red aftermarket hooks and slap them on, but the factory ones only come bundled with the high-end off road trim packages that up that sticker price often 20 to 25% higher. My brother in law and I are both Silverado 1500 LT owners. Neither of our trucks came with factory front hooks, so when we added them later, I went with black to match my front end, and he went with chrome as his truck was white. Each looked great, but secretly we both wanted red lol. These plastic / rubber slip on hook protectors look fantastic in my opinion. They pop on and off in seconds, solving my insecurities of always having red hooks lol. I can rock them when Iâm feeling froggy, or pull them off when Iâm trying to look respectable. The rubber is thick enough to protect the hooks from impact chips, and slide right off in a recovery situation.Iâll be the first to admit that red hooks much better on painted or black front end grills, like the ones you see on high-end off road trim packages, but Iâll also say I now think they donât look half bad on regular chrome grills either. If I change my mind next week, well they can just slide right off and ride in my console for a while. Great product.

Added to my 2021 silverado, really brings out the frond end of the vehicle for a more aggressive look! Sure beats spending 100$ on more expensive tow hooks!
