Great for shop trash cans...takes something really sharp to cut through these bags, and they hold many dozens of pounds of garbage without stretching or breaking. I've been buying them for years now.

I have been ordering these particular trash bags for years and they are truly a workhorse for us. They were at one time 4-mil's thick, but since the pandemic they are now 3-mils, and we did not notice any difference in them. They line our very large toters and can be used for all sorts of projects above and beyond regular trash bag use. It's a great bag at a great value.

I think the bags that I had used before were like 5mil or maybe 4mil or so. One large box, they come unrolled in the box. They do rip when they're put on the recycle/garbage can, attesting to the lack of strength. Go thicker if you can. I wouldn't put heavy items in these, just run of the mill trash or recycling, which they do just fine. The search continues for a bigger, stronger bag manufacturer, amazon might not necessarily be the place to find really good thick plastic bags. One benefit to these is that they are very easy to open, no seemingly endless search for the openings of the bags or using pressure to open the openings, they just open up really easy, maybe the biggest bonus of these bags. Slide open no problem. I think I did see on the box that they were Made in the USA!!! so that's good for the USA. anyway they're really decent bags, but they lack the handy and space saving rolls that I've come to be accustomed to. Would prefer them in rolls. Would prefer a little bit sturdier bags.

I've purchased a million debris/lawn waste/leaf bags over the years, and I'm generally disappointed by the product I receive as it is generally WAY TOO THIN. I'm no mathematician, and the "2.5 mil/3 mil" etc. designations confuse me except that bigger would seem to be thicker.I'm not certain of the designation of these bags, but they are FAR, FAR thicker than anything I've ordered before. I've piled all sorts of trash in them (branches/sticks, construction debris, etc.) and never once has anything poked a hole in these bags. Sturdy enough to sling over your shoulder and carry away, these things NEVER FAIL.I highly recommend; a must-buy if you need extremely sturdy bags.

Working at a print shop requires some heavy duty garbage bags and these bags are just that. Even with the sharp edges of paper and the weight that comes with it, it holds really well. Highly recommended.
