These locks are defective. I used another set of these for 5 years with no issues but 2 of the 4 locks popped off while driving to my campsite. When I got to my campsite, my fastguns were just dangling. What a terrible experience. I had to go to the hardware store and get some bolts to secure my fastguns to my camper.

Everything works well. My only observation is that a sledgehammer could break them off if someone really wanted to steal my Fastgun turnbuckles.But at least it would slow them down.With my setup it secures the gas fill on my truck.

These locks fit perfectly. The rubber washers keep everything snug and not rattling around. Very sturdy product to give you some peace of mind. The rubber end caps are super tight and so far have not let any dust or moisture into the keyhole. These locks came with 4 keys while the tiedown locks I also purchased only came with 2. The 4 keys are great - one for every keychain. Which for me is important as the FastGun blocks my access to my gas door and needs to be unlocked and removed each time I need to fill up. Its great to have a key for the truck keychains as well as the camper keychains.

Best price found at the time was from Tweety's. Product was usual Torklift great quality. At first use, one of the locks came off during first leg of trip. Tweety's was difficult to contact by phone, but once contacted they promptly followed up with Torklift and then gave me the name and contact info for the person at Torklift I needed to contact for replacement. Unfortunately Torklift was unable to send me a replacement lock with the same key due to manufacturing changes so they sent me an entire new set so I would only need the one key, I've had many trips since and no problem with the locks. Torklift products and service R-O-C-K. Tweety's was very responsive and helpful once contacted by email.

Received them in a timely fashion, great delivery. They were a little hard to assemble but managed. Easy to use and safe with the locking key so my 4 FastGuns can not be stolen. When traveling to Colorado, stopped at a gas station and a fellow traveler asked me about them. I told him I liked them very much and were easy to use. Advised him that Torklift frame mounted tiedowns were the way to go and to get the FastGuns and locks. Well worth the money.

Have not had the oppurtunity to use these locksyet , but the appearence and features by all means are excellent. Do expect to have a problem as Torklift has quality products and for I have seen are made in the USA which is a big plus. Also customer service is # 1.
