Minimum Residual Water Level
- This pump will transfer water down to within 1/8 inch of surface and is quiet running for indoor use.
- Includes 1-1/4 inch NPT discharge for high capacity pumping and 3/4 inch garden hose adapter.

The original pump purchase was for a 1/3 HP pump. When I received it the electrical connection to the pump was pulled from the holding mechanism.I sent it back for a replacement. What I received as a replacement was a 1/4 HP pump.I needed a pump so I decided to keep it but I am disappointed by this whole purchase.The 1/4 HP pumps works ok but not what I paid for.

I chose this particular pump because it worked down to 1/8th inch. The pump I already owned stopped at a half inch, which was I didn't give it to the soup kitchen instead of ordering the TOPWAY pump. Glad I did.The soup kitchen is located in the basement of an old church. One of the entrances is down fifteen concrete steps with a non-functioning drain at the bottom. Different plumbers agreed the drain was permanently blocked. Given the church's and the soup kitchen's finances, my temporary/permanent solution requires pumping the three inches of rain water before it starts seeping into the soup kitchen.What once took an hour and dozens of trips up and down the steps, schlepping buckets of water now takes a few minutes. Now the biggest challenge is hiding the pump and hose so they don't disappear.

I use this motor to operate my pool cooler. The previous motor I used was 3x the price and had fewer GPH. This works so good I bought another.

I love this thing. My basement sometimes backs up and this is why I bought it. This product moves a lot of water pretty quickly. Also very good for clogged toilets and tubs.

Sadly, it died. Makes a humming noise when plugged in, but no longer pumps water. Good while it lasted.BTW, there is no warranty information.
