Literally the best bang for your buck interface out there. Unless you are crazy knit picking, there is absolutely no trouble with the interface so far. When adjusting the knobs, there usually some scratching but that is only when touching the knobs.

This company is well known for their great amplifiers. Their audio interface doesn't disappoint. It feels good quality so far (a week) and works on both new and old machines no problem. Very low noise inputs! You do need 2 USB ports but that is okay. In exchange no power brick is needed and it gets clean power from the USB.

I have a feeling that this is the best mic preamp you can get on the market. The headphone amp is far far above other interfaces anywhere near the price, and possibly just flat out better than all headphone amps in all audio interfaces in existence, Topping has a habit of making exceptionally clean headphone amps and on top of it all you get nice perfect 0 latency monitoring. The preouts to some studio monitors or an amplifier are also exceptionally clean with fantastic dynamic range and speed. All of the controls work great and are accessible from the software as well. There's a separate USB power supply so that you can feed power from a clean source rather than pick up all the GPU noise of your PC and have it end up as static in your recordings or stream. All the knobs are nice and smooth so you can easily make fine adjustments. Testing the mic preamp in recordings was a very noticeable step up over everything I've ever owned and it was not subtle, everything was just drastically clearer and smoother. OTG input (which can also be used as an output to any DAC or USB dongle DAC of your choice) means that you can run this in a 2 PC setup if you're a streamer and not have to deal with all kinds of separates or streamer branded junk like a certain "XLR" brand that forces you to use their awful headphone amps to take advantage of the mixing while also having a high rate of damaging your headphones and plain awful audio quality. I can't stress enough how very audible the massive jump in audio quality over the streamer branded stuff is with this thing, it's nothing short of game changing for streamers. The jump in audio quality is well worth the lack of knobs for things you never actually adjust on the fly on stream after you set them in the first place to where they should be.Even without the software, the E1x2 has 4 stereo mix channels, 12 from different sources both digital in your OS or from the OTG input or mic, 8 DAW channels, and 6 loopback channels. The thing has a lot going for it. The software could use some work, but it does function just fine, though adjustments and enhancements are almost nonexistent and the software itself seems to mostly serve as channel routing and mixing, which I think must be happening internally, which is nice. Mix channels are adjustable from 44.1khz all the way up to 192khz.The reason I think there's some kind of magic in the mic preamp is because I was using this as an interface for taking room measurements of my speakers for DSP calibration. I've used other interfaces in the past to do this and never really thought about how that could effect the DSP corrections, but in my case, this was easily the most significant jump in performance I've had from my speakers since I've owned them. My Magnepan LRS+ speakers have a natural rolloff in my room around 50hz, and with my previous DSP measurements, I could get them to rolloff around 37hz, but they would break up quite a bit even at moderate listening volumes. With this as the preamp for my calibrated mic, I can get them to carry down to 23hz with absolutely zero breakup at high volume to the point that I don't even need a subwoofer at all for almost any content unless I really just want to shake the house and that freedom from subwoofers in normal daily listening is absolutely fantastic to have. They suddenly have the ability to punch really hard and rumble really well too and they just didn't have that in them before using this mic preamp. This thing shocked me. I can't find a single flaw in it at all and for $159, it makes me wonder why people are spending 5 times this much just go have worse performance in every single aspect for their streams or recordings by using streamer branded gear with useless features and abysmal performance. I really hope this product gets some traction and serves as a gut punch to the price gouging that's been going on in the audio space due to streamers because it's a refreshing surprise and I'm going to be recommending it not just as a default, but as a "price no object" recommendation as well to anyone looking for the absolute best quality. Solid product and would be my 2nd ever firm 6/5 star review if I could do it. Astronomically high price to performance ratio.

I've had many audio interface in the past 20 years, all the brands, and this one is in my opinion very good for its price. I wanted something where I could have guitar, bass, microphone, and an extra line for synth, and this one does it. It has a VERY clean sound, absolutely no static, and although it has support for 2 pair of headphones, that's not something I've needed thus far. It was instantly recognized by my new MacMini Pro, and I'm more than happy with my purchase. It comes with its own (downloadable) digital interface, which makes it easy to mute, unmute channels, etc. Some things I've had troubles with prior to this unit, is volume of instruments or microphone in the DAW. No longer so - high volume, still clean sound. If you need a bit more that just a guitar and a microphone input, I'd say give this one a try. I have it set to 48000 Hz, but you can do 192000 Hz if you'd like. It's very solid in its build, made of metal, sturdy, not a toy. Knobs feel soft and easy to manipulate.

This interface is wonderful. The included software (mixing software) is very sophisticated to my amateur eyes and is fully capable of my mixing needs. Sound is outstanding. I am using this as much a a mixer for public presentations using a microphone and an ipad sending out to powered speakers. I couldn't be happier!

Great sounding headphone amp with plenty of power, and volumn control for my studio monitors. Also has input for my condenser microphone. Very straightforward to plug all your inputs and outputs into one device.

So far, functionally, this thing is perfect. I was using a Vault AI-SOLO X and i wasn't all together too impressed with it. But this on the other hand has been a fun new toy for me. The microphone input seems to be very high quality; the monitoring especially is very impressive with how customizable it is. The LEDs that light up for headphone output and microphone input are high quality, easy to understand, and are quite mesmerizing to behold for the honeymoon phase. Now to the meat, for me at least, I use things like these more as toys than anything else; they're very fun for experimenting with different combinations, and these are one of my favorites already. I am a head-fi kind of guy and when I saw that TOPPING had stepped foot into the audio interface realm, I already knew that the DAC/AMP headphone output would sound magical, and it absolutely does. I have tried these with two different headphones, and they both sing on this thing, especially for an audio interface. First I did my DT770 Pro 80ohm with choice leathers. And they instantly sounded better than I had heard them before. Bass was fuller, soundstage was more vibrant and everything was so much fun and had such pleasant impact, feels very tight and accurate while also being analytical. The next set of headphones i used was a pair of HE-560 v4s, and they sounded very full with the GAIN mode activated. Boards of Canada in particular has been very fun to listen to with this audio interface.100% recommended, end game level audio interface.
