I love this hat, the quality, fit and comfort and fabric are great. I’ve been looking for the perfect hat to fit over my big head and thick hair. This is it! I look stylish and I’m protected from the direct sun rays.

Fits well with the adjustment. Nice and light. The only problem is that I find the inner headband is a little rough and scratchy.

Got this hat because we couldn’t find one to fit a larger headed family member after he tried on many in person at different stores for our boating day on the lake. I measured his head and searched on Amazon for a while to compare different ones until I saw this one. He was VERY pleased with this hat and all of its features, and almost felt like a king with his spot for sunglasses that no one else had and the ability to look like a cowboy. 😆 It stayed on well during our windy boat ride and kept his head safe from sunburn on a 100 degree F summer day. I am so glad we found this hat! :)

Here in Hawai'i, sun protection is key. I now wear this hat whenever I'm outside. The wide brim protects the back of my neck, so I don't even put on sunscreen anymore like I used to daily. I have real trouble finding hats that are big enough; this one (xxl) is plenty roomy. When it's windy, I can tighten the fit with the elastic cord (in addition to the chin strap); it stayed snug even when I rode in the back of a pickup on the highway (hey, it's the islands, brah). It's soft, packable, lightweight without being flimsy, and comfortable, and the mesh vent panels keep it from getting too hot.My only quibble is the tiny platic snaps on the sides to fold the brim up on the sides don't work well -- they don't "snap" and they're hard to connect while you're wearing the hat, but that look is kinda dorky and defeats the purpose of sun protection anyway, so I don't fold up the sides; thus, that minor flaw is inconsequential to me.I love this hat. I'm going to order a second one, because you never know.
