This was a disappointment. It took several weeks to receive the camera (which is unusual on Amazon), and when it finally arrived- it did not work. It turned on and stayed on the blank screen for a long time, even after charging and restarting. I could not get it to work, and could not find troubleshooting in the user's manual.This camera is very large and heavy, not easy and comfortable to hold. It does not have a strap connection and it would not fit in a shirt pocket, you'd have to carry it all the time while in use.It came with a nice case, which I appreciated, and with accessories that I don't need, like outlet adapters for other countries. The camera can be charged with a USB-C cable anyway.The return also took a couple weeks to get a refund, which again is sub-par for Amazon. I have to give the seller credit for following up and offering to send a replacement. Excellent tool for low cost.It has multiple functions.Friendly language.Good quality compared to other brands in the market.This one has 1 year in operation without problems.Good battery life.Sorting pictures is a little complicated.If it had a strap to hold it would be very useful.

Very easy to use. Basically a tablet also. You can use it for more than just thermal imager.Picture seems really clear and temperatures ate within decimal points of a friend's expensive imager.Definitely happy with purchasing

This is the best thermal imager I own! The image quality and screen size blow away all other of its competitors and it’s relatively inexpensive. The overlay function is easy to get calibrated and seems to maintain accuracy so far. The image on the screen is also processed very fast compared to similarly priced models.

This is a fantastic tool. I have previously owned and used other thermal cameras such as Snap-On EETH300 and EETH310 as well as an Innova unit and some others.This unit blows them out of the water in my opinion. The TC003 is compact, but don't let it's size fool you. It has a very high resolution camera and screen and makes it easy to store and use. Also, it uses a dual camera setup, and overlays the heat picture over the normal picture, so you can easily see the component you are looking for.I have used this unit to diagnose so many things. One was a stuck caliper on a vehicle. Found by measuring the wheel/brake temperatures at each wheel and seeing that one was way hotter than the others. I also used it to find air leaks around a door. And, a missing strip of insulation in the ceiling in my kitchen. I also used this to diagnose a plugged heater core on a car.I'm sure I will find so many more uses for this as time goes on, and I am so glad to have bought it.If you are in the market for a Thermal camera, you will not be disappointed.

This unit Is far better than flir. The cost is almost half of flir. The screen is large and very responsive. High detail and very easy to use. For a thermal camera you will not be disappointed. It's absolutely amazing.

This camera blew me away. The picture quality is amazing compared to its competitors. It is extremely easy to use. The thermometer is pretty much dead on. I used it to check the heat that comes thru my windows and it was amazing how good it worked to show which ones were bad. Would definitely highly recommend this product.
