Turbo completely failed after 2 weeks with a permanent 299 code turbo underboost. I'm also having difficulty from the seller to warranty it.

Evidently got a faulty turbo. After fully installing the turbo and completing the job, take the car for a test drive and the turbo takes a crap.. no boost and making a noise!
