What is Turbocharger?
Turbocharger is actually an air compressor, which increases the intake air by compressing air. It uses the inertial impulse of exhaust gas from the engine to push the turbine in the turbine chamber, and the turbine drives the coaxial impeller, which presses the air sent by the air filter pipe and pressurizes it into the cylinder. When the engine speed increases, the exhaust gas exhaust speed and turbine speed also increase synchronously, and the impeller compresses more air into the cylinder. With the increase of air pressure and density, more fuel can be burned, and the output power of the engine can be increased by increasing the fuel quantity and adjusting the engine speed accordingly.

Turbocharger Installation:
- Change the engine oil
- Replace the air filter and oil filter
- Thoroughly clean the oil inlet and oil discharge lines to ensure no damage and unrestricted oil flow
- Check the intake and exhaust pipes Road, and make sure no blocks or disturbances are allowed.
- Tighten the screws and clamps to ensure there is no air leakage.
- When installing the oil inlet and outlet holes, sealant cannot be used, only gaskets can be used.
