I am actually using this kit to hang outdoor lighting strings, for which it is perfect. When I install sails and other outdoor shades, that will by stressed by wind, I buy something more heavy duty.

This product worked great for my sunshade and string light project. All stainless products.There are two different types of devices to create the loops/eyes. I used the crimping style with vice grips as the crimping tool (takes some strong grip strength). The other is the bolted fasteners to create loops that don't require reinfirced ends. This type should have little to no tension when installed as it will create a fatigue point in the wire rope.

Everything depicted was included, and they are sturdy parts, not flimsy crap. I did have difficulty as I hadn't purchased a very good cutter - the wire is stainless steel. And I didn't have a pneumatic crimper, so I used pliers around the sleeve, between two 2x4s, and a hammer. It worked surprisingly well.For my light duty purposes, hanging curtains over a long span, so far so good. I don't expect any issues to arise. If you need this cable and the included pieces, this is a good deal.
