Needed a safety cable for my Windlass anchor system. I looked and searched several places, but the cables were too long or too short. This kit allow you to make the cable exactly the length you want. Purchased it to use as clotheslines in my backyard. Worked great. Easily handled heavy loads. Except the exposed ends, and sections where the vinyl coating cracked, rusted really badly. My previous kit was able to last a few years, but this is a loss after just one season.
