I know what my expectations were when I purchased this, but this fan has greatly surpassed them! At 405CFM air intake with variable fan speed, this fan can really kick out some serious airflow! I can’t say I will ever need to use it on full blast, but it’s nice to know that I have it if I need it. A great product and would absolutely recommend this fan. It’s also quiet, although not “whisper” quiet. When turning it up to full fan speed, there is a very small amount of vibration, but only at the maximum fan speed. For this price point, I would say it’s a good value. I will also say that the fan itself (the entire housing) was a tad bigger than I thought it would be, but manageable. Functions just as it should and then some! Again, wow.

Wow! What a fan! I've used many over many many years but this thing is awesome! Only one complaint is the mounting bracket. It's primitive at best but very sturdy. Smooth, amazingly adjustable and quiet. I like it so much, I'm buying another. I highly recommend this fan!

This fan is fabulous, high quality, quiet, very well built. Some say that it is plastic but actually it is a high quality resin which is extremely strong. It is variable speed and does not hum like cheaper fans do. I feel the best way to change speeds on the fan is to start it on high then back the speed down to your preference. I've been in HVAC for over 40 years so I am very familiar with all types of variable speed fans and motors. I will be purchasing 2 more of these fans for exhaust fans in my garage and basement to be used as fume hoods.

We noticed an immediate difference as soon as we used it to put heat in the room instead of up the chimney. It was easy to install and so far there have been no problems only praises for this duct fan.

I purchased a very expensive island range hood, only to have the fan go out just after warranty. The co. Had no replacement fans available, so I gutted the hood, and installed this fan In the attic. It's quiet, and has the same cfm as the original. a lot cheaper than buying a whole new island hood.
