Works Great to keep the Man Cave Cool in the Winter with fresh air. After outside temps start getting into the 60 deg range will be switching over to Air Conditioning for the Summer but will be using the unit for heat removal for the Server Rack Case. Been Using another Unit I bought a few years ago and it is working great. This unit I bought will be the backup when or if the unit I am using now has problems and needs replaced. A very nice product that I would recommend if you have a Area that you need to keep cool in the winter or exhaust heat with computer equipment and your in a out building or Garage Office and need filtered air for cooling or Heat Removal.

Do not purchase this item and Amazon should stop offering this. I purchased this to use in line for a hot air furnace duct. I was excited to be able to control all the settings by WiFi or Bluetooth on my Smartphone. WiFi from the controller doesn’t even show on my phone to be able to connect. There is no APP on Google Play or Apple. There is a similar duct fan on Amazon named “iPower” that has the same exact controller. They have a named APP and a QR code for their APP and that doesn’t exist anywhere either. None of this would have been a big deal except there is no fan control mode on the controller either (instructions say to control fan speed, download the APP. The fan does not operate at all, unless you unplug the motor controller wire, then it operates at full speed constantly. So at this point I have a useless 80% restriction in my ductwork that I’m going to have to remove. Perhaps I’m missing something, but I’m pretty tech savvy.

This is a very quiet fan. Nice controls and good airflow. I liked that speed ramped up smoothly to the newly selected operating level. Extremely quiet at the lowest setting and mostly air/turbulence sound at the high level.

I hooked this up to keep fumes from my laser from hanging out in our house! I usually cut wood, which doesn't stink necessarily, but it can get smoky without an inline fan! Acrylic is stinky & there are even some things that are very toxic to you if you inhale the fumes from it! I've never cut anything like that, but if I did this fan would take care of it! It's quiet enough, works great, & is durable! I definitely don't regret ordering this! In fact, we bought a second one for another part of our house! Good steady airflow & easy to setup.

This is one serious in-line duct fan listed at moving 405 Cubic Feet per Minute,,,and best of all it is surprisingly quiet ! The fan is WiFi controllable and works well to monitor heat and humidity using the Units associated App, which upon opening the box the first thing you will see is a QR code, scannable for your respective mobile phone device to download the Control app. The set up and use of the Toolazy duct fan is quite intuitive and works as it should, and is easily controlled. I adapted the 6” intake and exhaust to my 4” flexible piping without issue…The build of the unit appears to be of good quality and weighs about 4# overall.

This fan is quieter than most and moves lots of air at 405 cfm. The rating seems to be pretty accurate. When the fan is at full speed, it is not that loud. It has a seperate lcd to set humidity set points. The fan can be wifi controlled. The housing is constructed of metal and hard plastic. The cord is a standard 120v and is about 6' long to reach most outlets. This fan can work on a fan speed controller. The ends fit 6" ducting with no fitment problems. You can use metal clamps to get the ducting on tight. This fan is great for venting out rooms with high heat or humidity. We have several tin buildings and commercial greenhouses that use inline fans. This one is as good as other brands I have used in the past and is much cheaper.

Product seems to work fine but there is no reference on how to connect WiFi, no reference to what app to download, nothing. Sending back for a refund.

My application for this is actually as a booster fan for a heating duct in my house that is far from the furnace and has low airflow. With this fan placed inline, I can control how much additional air velocity I want and regulate the temperature of that space. It is quiet and the controllability allows me to get infinitely more control than from a static speed inline fan you can get at one of the big box stores. It’s worth a shot if you have a similar situation where you have inadequate airflow.
