I am reviewing the “2-Pack 4” Grow Tent Fan With Temperature And Humidity Meter,Automatic Humidity Control,Oscillating Fan For Hydroponic Ventilation Circulation With Clips,Adjustable Speed Quiet Greenhouse Fan” sold by the DAOTAILI store. I chose this item for my tomato tent. In my part of Arizona, it is either too hot or too cold for tomatoes. I have noticed in the past two years that my tomato production is greatly reduced in the summer due to excessive heat, so I opted to grow my tomatoes indoors. I'm very impressed with the performance. These fans have significantly improved the ventilation and circulation in my tomato tent, and the automatic humidity control is really nice and keeps my tomatoes from getting powdery mildew. I like the oscillating function ensures even air circulation throughout the tent, preventing stagnant air and promoting healthy plant growth, as well as for allowing the type of air movement needed for my tomatoes to pollinate each other. The benefit of having two fans provides excellent coverage and ensures adequate airflow. I recommend these fans for anyone who needs to add grow tent ventilation. Really cool add-on for a grow tent. I wouldn't use these as the main way to control temperature or humidity, but it's a really nice feature to supplement what you might already have. These could work well for a really small herb garden in a smaller space. They are a bit pricey for being a supplemental source of fresh air, but with the cost of the non-smart ones, this is a pretty good deal.They were pretty easy to clip on to the poles in a grow tent.

Garbage. Started stuttering then stopped oscillating all together. Returned and bought Vivosun instead. Don’t waste your money.

I absolutely love these fans, I grabbed 2 sets and set them up in a 4 x 8 tent in each corner, I positioned one set to go side to side and the other up and down, it gives my plants a perfect balance of air circulation. I am a fan of the multiple speed settings it creates a natural air flow similar to as if it was outdoors. Power full little fans for a great price!

I am using these fans to provide air circulation around plant starting shelving units. I had a bit of a problem with damping off with my emerging seedlings last year and know that a bit of air flow can help prevent that condition. I have used a floor fan in the past but it provides a constant speed. I have set this fan unit up in manual setting using the variable fan mode which fluctuates the speeds which I believe better mimics natural wind to the young seedlings. The fans are easy to set up and can be fixed or oscillating. If you have a closed environment such as a grow tent, the humidity and temperature trigger can help keep the conditions perfect for your growing needs. The fan heads are small but they move quite a bit of air. I wish the U-channel clips were a bit larger to more easily fit my shelving uprights but the flexibility of these lightweight unit allow for multiple connection points depending on your particular circumstances.

LIKES: Best fans yet-really easy to set up and program, have 4 intensity settings including an occilating setting that rotates between all of the intensities, cords are very long to allow for good separation of the two fans, the up-down rotation setting allows more air circulation and reduces the chance you will damage one plant in the way. DISLIKES: none to report. HOW USING: I have these set up on our orchid tower. The area is 5’X4’X4’ with dozens of plants. These fans are awesome for it because I can now circulate air all over the area rather than just blowing it across one row of plants. RECOMMENDATION: Yes. This is a wonderful addition to my plants. All of the movement increases the air circulation without needing very strong wind that could cause damage to the closest plants. If you have a favorite planting area in your house then these are for you.
