Nicely padded and comfortable fit. I'm 22 3/4 and the medium fits great. My head is more round than long, so fit may vary. The helmet looks well made which is a surprise, given the price. I removed the foam that blocks the ear holes - ears are still protected in case I do the wrong kind of rock splat.
