I was a little apprehensive when buying this item. There are a wide range of photo frames like this that vary dramatically in price. The app that is used for this frame had really bad reviews so I was nervous that there would be issues with adding pictures and using as intended.Pros: I had no issues with uploading from the app to the frame. You can do batch uploads of photos. The frame is a good quality, can be displayed horizontally or vertically. It plugs in easily and displays pictures nicely. Great value. This worked wonderfully for what I wanted, and it was much less expensive than other similar options. It looks great on my desk, and I get compliments often.Cons: I’m not sure how to turn volume down on this.

The pictures look real and colors are sharp. Was easy to use through its app and upload pictures from phone wirelessly.

This is the second frame I purchased. I returned the first one which was more expensive and charged a subscription for advanced features. It was not user friendly and hard to load from a micro SD card. This one is the exact opposite. All features are built-in, very user friendly, and well explained in a hard copy instruction manual. You can put in an SD card, USBa memory stick, USBc memory stick, or connect directly to your computer for downloads to the internal memory. Then you can easily select any combination or all of memory locations available to display on the frame via the touch screen. As well the mobile app is very friendly making it extremely easy to load photos/videos via WiFi. from your mobile device. Finally, I have had no incorrectly rotated photos. This frame replaced a very dated version when digital frames first came on the market. I strongly recommend this frame. I’m ordering another.

Great item that i bought for my mother and my great grandmother... Easy way to share pictures when you don't see them that often. You can send the picture straight from your phone to their picture frame at their house using Wi-Fi or Hotspot...great price...simple to use and set up

I am not sure if the touch they sent me the wrong frame or just completely lied about it touch screen but the frame I had was not touch screen at all. It did however come with a remote but if you somehow lost the remote the frame would become useless as there is nothing you can do without the remote and for this I returned the frame. It is very hard to add photos via the app and very time consuming using the basic remote takes forever to do the simplest thing with remote even as far as just moving to the next photo. The app I found very challenging to select photos to add and even more difficult to delete photos.

If I were to say I didn’t have the highest expectations for this because of the difference all of them have for the quality but this is really clear, not 1 grainy photo at all and it was for a really good price and great quality over all

Overall I think this a great product and I would definitely buy it as a gift again. It connects to the app easily, you can play around with settings like timer duration for how long the photos stay on the screen,etc. you can even add captions to the photo when you're adding it, but only then, which is slightly annoying.
