I could I not substitute a white cable to not be so obnoxious on the wall with this ugly black cord, but if the 24x7 on power supply ever burns out (quite common), the frame may become garbage.I would have way to replace this 12vdc power supply, with it's micro barrel connector. In the FAQ of the booklet, they respond to contact us for a new power supply. Where will this be in 5 years from now?Devices need to be N.American compliant by using USB-C power supplies! Apple tried this and lost that battle to Europe, years ago. Yes it has a USB-C connector but only for data and not power.

Pictures are crystal clear. Frame is great quality and goes with any decor. Software is easy to use. My mom loves to sit at her kitchen table and watch the display of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. It’s like her favorite tv show lol. You can even send short videos. It’s nice that you can add captions so she knows who it is. It’s a great gift for anyone who loves pictures.

This has a beautiful screan resolution, however the shape is not proportionate to how most photoes are taken so its hard to fill the screan without cutting out part of the original photo. With that said I look foward to having friends and family send me pictures especially those who I dont get to see often enough.

Lots of useful features make this a great purchase for personal use or as a gift. I particularly like the ability to put the frame to sleep and wake it up at a particular time, so that it's not lighting up the room at bedtime. It's easy to upload pictures and control how they are displayed. Being able to display a clock and weather data is helpful, too. I haven't tried any other brands of digital picture frames, but I have no need, as this works perfectly for me.

I recently purchased the Pastigio Digital Picture Frame, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. This frame has made a significant impact in my home and has become a perfect way to display my favorite memories. Setting up the frame was incredibly simple. The interface is intuitive, and it took no time to upload photos either via USB, SD or through Wi-Fi. I was able to load my photo collection without any hassle. The display is sharp, vibrant, and crisp. We were so impressed with the size and ease of use that we ordered two, one for our family and an additional one for a Christmas gift. It's perfect to sit on any surface or hang on your wall as well. I would highly recommend a digital picture frame for anyone.

Ordered this picture frame for my parents for Christmas. The frame is super easy to use and provides a great and easy format to upload photos. For my parents, they are not too tech savvy so was pleased that they can operate it quite easily. You can download tons of photos. Plenty of storage space. Recommend highly.

Bought this frame as a gift for grandparents to have all the family photos in one place. It was very easy to connect to wifi, upload photos and then add new photos in real time. The 15.6 inch frame is very large and easy to view from a distance. Its easy to adjust the photo size to make each photo easy to view. I loved this purchase and bought two more right after buying it.

We love the high-quality look of the photo frame and the ability to quickly load photos from the app is great. It's so easy to use! We go to the app and choose pictures from our picture files, and they are immediately loaded onto the frame. Our out of state family members also got the app and can quickly and easily share their photos with us. When someone shares something new to the frame, it notifies you that there are new photos and allows you to see just what was added.There are also multiple ways to customize the frame and how long you see each photo or video before it goes to the next one as well as other options. In a nutshell, we just love how easy it is to use, how it allows distant family members/friends to add photos, how well it works, and how good it looks.

This frame does just what it is advertised to do. The pictures are clear and bright and they slide show plays without hitches. The app is not perfect, but it does the trick. I would purchase again.
