It's nice! I like the feature for frozen bread, the defrost button. I eat private selection sugar free wheat bread and keep it in the freezer. I put 2 slices in and pushed Defrost. It came up just slightly toasted on upper part of one side, darkness at level 3. I wasnt sure if I needed to adjust it. It was kind of crispy. I put it back in on regular toasting setting at darkness of 4. It toasted nicely. When I went to eat it with butter, the crust was crunchy, like fresh baked bread! The texture was a bit chewier, and had a bit more mouth feel to it. I have yet to try the bagel setting, but so far I really like it! It replaced our 10 year old toaster. I was afraid it wouldn't hold up. Oh, the stainless steel looks great in our kitchen too. No complaints.

Had this toaster a few weeks now and it works well. Seems a little sturdier than some others I had. Looks nice and retro also. Can fit larger bagels in the slots

Nice toaster for a fair price. Only niggle is the panel on the button side is flexing when I wipe it off. Browns very well and equally between both sides. Throws a lot of heat up, cooks fast

My last toaster was only toasting on one side. This toaster does an almost perfect toast plus it looks great on the counter.

This is a solid toaster for someone like myself and my fiancé. We like to make toast for breakfast and to make sandwiches with toasted bread a lot so it helps to have a 4 slot toaster. Not too fancy or anything, just toasts 4 slices of bread fairly evenly and has a bagel and defrost button (haven’t used them yet tbh). I do like that the toast pops up a bit more than usual toasters so I’m not having to dig it out with tongs as we do buy smaller bread loaves. All I wanted was a good toaster and this fits the bill perfectly.

I like the all stainless steel look of this toaster and it matches my other kitchen appliances. It is easy to use and does a good job of toasting sliced bread and bagels. 4 slots saves me from going to it twice to make more toasts for breakfast. Small crumb trays are a breeze to clean. If it lasts more than a few years I'll be a happy camper.
