I just received this toaster and I only tried it once, but I love the digital displays and LED buttons. LED displays the seconds your toast will be ready by counting down. It has Bagle and frozen bread choices too. Nice, well made and I hope it lasts a long time. I didn't pick the 4 year warranty but I will call Amazon to see if I can add that option. I think it will be better if I had a 4 year warranty for only about $8. If anything happens that I like to dislike about this toaster, I will add to my review later. Good luck.

I was not sure about this toaster when I ordered it. And was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and how easy it is to clean the trays. I really like that it counts down, which makes it easy for me to plan meals and to control the level of brownness on toast and bagels. The slots are a good size so it takes slightly oversized breadAlthough it isn’t the reason I purchased it, it looks very nice, as wellThe only thing I’m not totally sold on is the fact that the crumb trays are plastic. But overall, it’s a nice unit and very well worth the price.

I gave it 4 stars only because it sometimes flings my toast out of the toaster. I enjoy being able to tell when my toast will be finished with the countdown. Toasts evenly both sides.

IT TOASTS WELL AND I LOVE THE LED DISPLAY THAT THAT COUNTS DOWN SO YOU KNOW WHEN IT WILL POP. ONLY USED IT ONCE AND I DON'T USE A TOASTER OFTEN SO I REALLY CAN ATTEST TO HOW LONG IT WILL LAST.

I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about this toaster, but I have had it for a couple months now and pretty pleased with it. A lot of reviews commented on the uneven toasting, but that's only if you are toasting one piece of bread. They even have a toasting guide included with the product that mentions that. I have used the bagel setting, and that's ok. I flip it around to toast a little more on the outer side because I like my bagel extra toasty, but that's just me. The normal bagel setting toasts the inside and warms the outside. I have used the defrost option for waffles and that seems to work good. My only complaint is the cord. Not sure when manufacturers will get the hint, but they seriously need to come out with a toaster that has retractable cord. This cord is also placed awkwardly. However, it is long enough to reach my outlet, so not sure why people have been leaving bad reviews about it being too short. It has a good length. Also, the timer works fine. Some reviews mentioned that it pops before timer is done. Not the case with mine. Once the timer gets to zero, it pops up no matter what heat setting I'm using. All in all, it's a pretty good toaster with a few flaws that all. I'm pretty happy with my purchase.
