Bought this because the reviews were good and it was able to be shipped by Amazon to me in Korea before my trip. I set up the activation online before departing, and when I arrived I put the SIM in my phone and everything worked. No problems at all with calls or data during the three weeks I used the chip. I would buy it again.

It didn't work, unacceptably delayed connection, can't download anything, Wasted money and lots of time to return, freaking troublesome Very difficult to return it as it was delivered to Thailand for my daughter to use in the US, DHL pick up label didn't work in my daughter living area , terrible seller didn't respond to my email to disable it and refund,DON'T BUY IT

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered pre-paid T-Mobile SIM cards from this company and the activation is always prompt and seamless. Excellent product and a fraction of the normal cost of unlimited cellphone service if I had gone directly through T-Mobile. Highly recommend.

I bought 2 of these for a recent trip to the USA. They both worked perfectly. People who have had problems with these SIMs is because they simply don't follow instructions.When you receive your SIM you are supposed to register your SIM serial code which is printed physically on the card it comes in. The seller provides a link to where you do this. You also need to specify when you need it activated by.My advice is to:1. Make sure your phone is UNLOCKED before ordering2. Order the SIM several weeks before departure.3. When you register your SIM, specify you need the SIM activated at least 2 days prior to arrival.4. Do not insert the SIM into your phone until you land in the USA5. This might be a T-mobile SIM but do not contact t-mobile. Contact the seller directly with any issues.I made a mistake with one of the sims I bought and asked to have it activated 2 months after my trip. I asked them to activate it ASAP and in a couple of hours it was activated.I had a great experience with these SIMs. I had internet and a local phone number from the time I landed until the time I left the country. No signal problems and the internet speed was quite good.I recommend them and I will purchase again.

We bought these for our vacation in the USA (California) and it was perfect! Using Maps in the car or looking for a restaurant, our vacation wouldn’t have been as ggeat or easy without them. Easy installation, Great internet speed, great connectivity, very good value for money.

Purchased the card but activated the same after reaching US. Issues with Mobile data as not able to get data on the SIM. Despite multiple tickets being raised through the support channel, no response from the TravSIM to resolve the issue.

I have always bought TMobile SIM cards upon arrival into the US and they have always worked reasonably well, especially given I was in a valley with tricky service. Now I am in a large city which should have wide coverage, but not with this card.... This one however, almost does not work at all. 1% of the time I may be able to initiate a google search and a whatsapp message may reach me, but only when it decides to. I thought, ok, well, at least I have a working phone number, well... nope, again, not always. The ONE time I went to make a call, there was no service. Otherwise, I call everyone on Whatsapp anyway, but if the internet does not work, then it is not possible... I will try to initiate a return if it will let me....

The sim card was simple to install, but the carrier (t-mobile) was apparently only paid for 7 days on a 30 day plan. Then the sim card was de-registered on the network and the phone had no access. Their customer support phone number (Puerto Rico) was always busy and could not e-mail them as phone did not work. Ended up using my wife's work phone (Rogers/AT&T roaming at $12 day!!) as hotspot. Once contacted it took supplier 48 hours to pay T-mobile account and service was restored 24 hours later. 2 week holiday and 3 days no service. Not without problems but it was cheaper overall than my roaming plan. also, the assigned US T-mobile phone number was recycled. When it was working I received a lot of spam and credit chasing texts and phone calls. Very annoying. I will look for other options.

The set up is not so easy but once you follow all the instructions, it works great and I had very good signal everywhere
