Excellent product - just make sure you have access to mineral spirits. This is NOT water based or soluble so clean up is a B.

Hopefully this will last for many years. Sealed the sill plate on the basement wall. No cold air gets in now.

Had to cut a smaller hole in a nossle it was thinner than expected but worked well,see how it holds up

I was trying to use this product to seal joints along a SIP panel wall. The product is very runny, and generally messy to use. Don't apply it anywhere near a finished wall, you will get it everywhere. It does not build a bead very well, causing me to apply much more than other products. It does not tack well to the edge of the joint. If the joint moves I doubt that it would hold the seal. If you are applying it similarly to me I would recommend another sealant. Look at Tremco That's what I will use to finish.This stuff would be great for sealing the nailing flanges ETC but not for closing joints.

So it doesn't say exactly what it is but much thinner then your usual poly caulk (osi, down, vaulkem). Seemed like it did stick well but definitely not for any type of large gap filling with how thin it is it'll sag and fall out. Was waterproof right away and stayed in place when a thunderstorm hit suddenly probably an hour after applying.
