I honestly didn't expect it to be as nice as it is. I am 5'10'' and 150 lb, and it fits (me) perfectly, it's really lightweight and provides good mobility. It seems that Tippmann has once again delivered a good product. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a simplistic vest for outdoor activities and/or cosplay purposes. I don't know if it will hold up well in airsoft, but I will find out soon enough.

If you're intending on using this for paintball, you have to be youth size. This thing will not fit an adult (man or woman). Trust me! Do NOT BUY THIS if you're an adult. It is just too small, and you will send it back. Buy another chest protector.

I bought this to use when playing non-competitive paintball (woodsball, etc). It worked fairly well at reducing the impact of getting shot and it wasn't uncomfortable while running around with it. My only complaint is the straps seem to be designed for someone much bigger than me (and I don't consider myself a small person). I had to use the back half of the velcro on the straps to secure them to the front of the vest and the front half of the straps sort of flapped around loosely while I ran around. If the vest had a larger velcro area on it I think that would solve this. Anyways, it doesn't interfere with the function it's just slightly annoying.

Fits like it should . THIS SHOULD GO WITHOUT SAYING BUT THIS IS NOT A BULLETPROOF VEST . I REPEAT NOT A BULLETPROOF VEST . this is for paintballing , airsoft or other such activites so dont buy this with the mentality of it being bulletproof cause you will die . Other than that i recommend it for 2 reasons , 1 it fits as it should and is snug , 2 its cheap . If you need a vest for the activites i listed this is the vest for you . no doubt about it . recommend it .

I'm 5'6 and 165 lbs and it fit well enough. It did it's job, but the lack of full side protection kind of sucks; the only place I have a mark is on my side. The padding is very thin and I really can't see this working for more more than paintballs the projectiles are large. It might work for airsoft, but I could see the much smaller projectiles being able to penetrate this.I wish the padding was removable to better facilitate washing. Would also be nice if the shoulder straps were adjustable. I wish the neck area was a little more firm/sturdy so that it can be pulled down without it buckling. I also have a habit of resting my a hand by pulling on the neck part from when I wear real body armor, and this paintball vest can't really support the weight of my arm. Not a big deal, just saying for those of you whom are military or law enforcement and have that habit as well.It can get hot wearing it, obviously, but if you wear something like an Under Armour HeatGear compression shirt under the vest it can be more comfortable.

I've been shot so many times by airsoft guns and co2 bb guns and never felt anything more than a tap.THIS IS ONLY MADE FOR AIRSOFT.Just to test I shot a 2000 fps .22 pellet rifle at it with 5 pumps of air in the chamber as it was hanging on a fake dummy with human like body strength and it went right through the vest and out the other side, so no. This vest will not even protect you from a .22 pellet.Only for airsoft but again great vest.
