perfect sleek fit so I can wear a jersey over it, just enough cover for the common areas that get hit like the chest and back. It does not cover your belly area, but that's where you need to up your skill level. I'm 5'9".

This is probably my best purchase all year. It isn't as bulky as I thought it would be. VERY PROTECTIVE. Got shot by a paintball gun multiple times to this vest and either didn't notice at all or barely felt it. You can make it as tight or as loose as you want. It does ride up and feels uncomfortable to the front of the neck, but if you wear a buff on your neck you barely notice. I wouldn't recommend this to larger people, I'm 140 pounds and it was a perfect size for me. I wish there was more padding on the upper sides of the chest protector. Getting shot on the collar bone does hurt but where this protects does the trick.

so this product is not bad but for my body it is too short. im about 5'10 or so and i weight somewhere around 195 pounds and the vest ends about an inch above my belly button. I would recommend this to people who are somewhat slim and short. this product would not be adequate for someone who is bigger.

I purchased this chest protector because I wore one of the ones at my local paintball field and decided to never do that again. I didn't care to use something so many people had previously worn. So I bought my own and it's awesome. It does what it's supposed to...protects your chest and back. Takes the sting out of getting popped with paint. It's light and very comfortable and seems as if it'll hold up after time. Tends to drift up a little but I can deal with that. It's nothing major so it's not really a problem. I would definitely buy another one.

They work perfect and my kids really like them. They do have holes all through the vest though. I shot through one of them by accident and if was pretty hilarious, I mean, Sad that it hurt them. But if you wear a shirt over it, it works perfect.

I own a firearms training business and ordered these for a Force-On-Force training program that we have started. Once they arrived, I had someone shoot me while I was wearing one to see how well the performed. I could still feel a slight sting where I was hit but it wasn't anything that would cause a bruise or welt. The projectiles used were "Battle Dust", a .43 caliber, dry powder filled type of paintball. The impacts were taken at close range (approximately 5') and left indentations where they impacted the vest.On initial inspection it seems like they are fairly well made, with no apparent loose threads, etc. Sizing is a bit tricky for us though, as one of my staff is around 6' 2" tall and approximately 300 lbs. While the vest fit me perfectly, he was another story.I may end up permanently attaching the rear attachment points in the near future on one of the vests to see if that works out a little better for our needs.
