It was easy to follow the pattern. It was a lot of fun I'm trying to find more like it to do. I like that I got to change the colors to what I like. It came with everything you'd need came with two needles, thread, needle threader, the pattern and a hoop. I'd do it again and it wasn't that expensive.

This kit comes with everything you'd need to complete the project. The video shows how to do the stitches, and the design was well-marked on the material with the exception of the hummingbird. On the bird, you have to watch the video over and over to see where each color starts, ends, and overlaps.

The quality of the items included are pretty good. I'm a beginner and used a combination of the video play by play posted here on Amazon, the written instructions that came along with it, and youtube videos to achieve this.
