It's a great kit! It was so much fun and it came with everything I needed. Instructions were easy to follow and the end result is beautiful. I can't wait to try out the other three patterns! Fantastic price for so much!The only two things I would say is to use two threads together at a time, not three as the instructions say. And when you wash it, I recommend using Dawn dish soap. There may be a little bleeding of color from the stamp the first wash, just wash it again and it'll come off.

The fabric is very stiff and I am unable to get it in the embroidery hoop. I tried different hoops to no avail. This is not good for beginners for that reason. The patterns are easy to follow and are simplistic.

The embroidery hoop provided was so cheap and hard to manage that we threw it away and used a wooden one.

I usually do counted cross stitch, but it drives me nuts when I’m one count off and my whole project is lopsided. I got this set on a whim to work while waiting for car service and let me tell you, it’s amazing! The picture is very clear, easy to follow, and it comes with plenty of thread. Small enough to be portable and easily workable, but big enough that the project comes out really pretty.Would recommend!
