I use Timken products exclusively on my equipment and haven't ever experienced a failure. I cannot say the same for bearings made overseas. I know Timken is produced in other countries however, I believe their QC is monitored more so than other companies. To each his own.

These are counterfeit (fake) Timken bearings. Not genuine Timken. You can download the World Bearing Association (WBA) app on your phone to scan the barcode on the bearing packaging. These bearings do not have a valid QR code on the packaging, and the bar code scans as fake on the WBA app.
